I'm so over working for someone else for a living. There is nothing I hate more than being micro-managed. NOTHING. Get off my back and dont nit-pick or argue with everything I say. If I have an idea maybe you should listen. You may not agree with it, but you also aren't in my situation. How can you judge and knock down something when you aren't here? Ugh so frustrated...
